A. Public comment
Written public comment that relates to matters on the agenda or is relevant to matters that may come before the Lottery Commission will be accepted and provided to the commissioners. Comments under three minutes will be read. Comments longer than three minutes will be summarized during the meeting to be entered into the record. All submitted public comments will also be posted in their entirety on the meeting webpage and will become part of the permanent record.
Public comment can be submitted via email to Lottery.Commissioners@lottery.oregon.gov with a subject of “Public Comment” or mailed to OSL Commission-Public Comment, PO Box 12649, Salem, OR 97309. Please include your name. If you mail public comment, please allow ample delivery time, and have your comment to the office by 5 pm on Wed., May 28. Comments received after this date will be provided to the commissioners but may not be included in the public comment portion of the meeting.

- FY26-31 Draft Strategic Plan and proposed FY26 budget (draft) (afternoon, following the executive session)
EXECUTIVE SESSION, 12 pm – The Oregon State Lottery Commission will hold an executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h), which allows the Commission to meet in executive session to consult with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to litigation likely to be filed. This session is closed to the general public and will include a working lunch.
